Analyze · Optimize · AI in Analytics Workshop

AI won't fix bad tracking — but it can supercharge good analytics.

This workshop shows your team where AI is genuinely useful in analytics — summarizing, exploring, ideating, and automating — and where human judgment and solid measurement still need to lead.

  • Understand real, grounded AI use cases in your stack.
  • Experiment with prompts built around your data and tools.
  • Leave with a list of "do this next quarter" AI projects, not vague inspiration.

Designed for mixed groups of marketing, product, analytics, and leadership — not just data scientists.

What this is not

  • It's not a generic "what is AI" lecture.
  • It's not "just connect ChatGPT to GA4 and hope".
  • It's not a promise that AI will "replace your analysts".

It's a grounded look at where AI helps and where it doesn't, for your specific analytics maturity.

Sample workshop agenda

A half-day or full-day session tailored to your stack and team.

We tune the depth and pace to your audience: from leadership-heavy groups who need strategy and examples, to more hands-on sessions for analysts and PMs who want to experiment live.

1 · Where AI fits into your analytics lifecycle

  • Quick map of how you currently track, store, and report data.
  • AI touchpoints across discovery, analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
  • Examples from teams at similar stages of maturity.

2 · Hands-on prompting with your context

  • Using AI to summarize analytics findings and decks.
  • Turning messy tracking docs into clear schemas and checklists.
  • Exploring funnel/event patterns with AI as a co-pilot, not a source of truth.

3 · AI for content, dashboards & experimentation

  • Drafting dashboard specs and report outlines with AI.
  • Brainstorming test ideas grounded in your existing data.
  • Helping non-technical stakeholders ask better questions.

4 · Risk, governance, and next steps

  • What data should never touch an LLM.
  • Access, privacy, and security considerations.
  • Prioritized list of realistic AI-in-analytics projects for your next 90 days.

Format & audience

One workshop, shared language about AI in your analytics.

We recommend 8–25 people per workshop, mixing marketing, product, analytics, and leadership. The goal is alignment on what AI can help with and what you'll actually do next.

  • Half-day or full-day remote or on-site formats.
  • We can use sandboxed, private AI tools if your security policy requires it.
  • You'll receive slides, prompts, and a "next 90 days" plan afterward.

What we need from you

  • A high-level map of your analytics stack and main tools.
  • A few anonymized examples of reports, decks, or recurring analytics questions.
  • Any internal policies we need to respect for AI usage.

If you're already experimenting with AI internally, we can build on what you have instead of starting from scratch.

Next step

Let’s plan an AI-in-analytics workshop that fits your reality.

In 30–45 minutes, we’ll map your analytics stack, current AI experiments, and where people are stuck—then propose a workshop that gives your team a clear, sane view of where AI actually helps.

  • Senior-led analytics & implementation support.
  • Focused on decision-ready, trustworthy data.

e.g. GA4 + GTM + Shopify + Meta + HubSpot

e.g. broken conversion tracking, conflicting numbers, unclear attribution…
