Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

Analytico Inc. (“Analytico,” “we,” “us”), operating as Analytico Digital, provides measurement architecture and analytics consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect through analyticodigital.com and analytico.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries you send us; it does not cover client engagements, which are governed by their own agreements.

Information you provide

When you request an Assessment, contact us, or otherwise submit a form, we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, role, and anything you include in a message. Providing it is voluntary; without it we simply can’t respond.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect usage data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser characteristics, and interaction events. We practice what we advise — measurement on this site is consent-aware and configured to avoid collecting personally identifying information in analytics data. See Cookies & analytics below.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide requested services; to operate, secure, and improve the website; to understand which content is useful; and, where you’ve agreed or where permitted by law, to send relevant communications. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising networks.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies: functional cookies needed for the site to work, analytics (Google Analytics 4, implemented with server-side tagging), and — when you interact with our forms — HubSpot cookies that connect your submission to your inquiry history. You can control cookies through your browser settings; where a consent banner is presented, your choices are honored across tools.

Sharing and processors

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our instructions: HubSpot (forms, CRM, email), Google (analytics), and Vercel (website hosting). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention

Form and CRM records are kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained per our configured retention settings and is not tied to your identity.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA and UK visitors), and applicable US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below; we respond within the timelines the applicable law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection or privacy authority.

Email

Our emails comply with CASL and CAN-SPAM: we send commercial email only with consent or an existing business relationship, and every message includes a working unsubscribe.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls, and minimal collection by design. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we architect to limit what there is to lose.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as our practices or the law change, and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
