Analyze Pillar · GA4 Training & Enablement

GA4 isn't "too complicated" — your team just hasn't been trained on your setup.

We skip the generic GA4 tour and go straight into your events, your funnels, and your dashboards. Live training sessions turn GA4 from a reporting chore into a daily decision tool for marketing, product, and leadership.

  • Align everyone on what your key events and conversions actually mean.
  • Teach teams how to navigate GA4 explorations without getting lost in menus.
  • Connect GA4 reports to channel performance, experiments, and board-level KPIs.

Built and delivered by senior analytics practitioners — not generic "GA4 101" slide decks.

Live GA4 Training · Example Flow

  1. 1. Property review: quick pass on your events, conversions, and key reports.
  2. 2. Hands-on session: we answer real questions from your team in GA4 live.
  3. 3. Playbooks: short Looms and docs so new hires can catch up quickly.

Sessions can be recorded and reused across teams and markets.

Who the training is for

One GA4 property. Three audiences. Shared understanding.

You don't need everyone to become an analytics engineer — you need them to know where to look, what to trust, and how to act when they see a trend.

Marketing & growth teams

Run campaign, channel, and funnel reviews directly in GA4. No more waiting a week for someone to pull exports and screenshots.

Product & CX teams

Track activation, feature usage, and churn signals using events and explorations that match how your product actually works.

Analytics, data & engineering

Align your event schema, GTM setup, and GA4 views so teams stop fighting the tool and start fighting for better experiments.

How the training works

Live, hands-on GA4 sessions built around your current setup.

We start with a lightweight review of your GA4 property, GTM setup, and key business questions. Then we design a short training program (typically 2–4 sessions) that teaches your team how to answer those questions directly in GA4.

  • Short, focused sessions (60–90 minutes) instead of all-day marathons.
  • Live in your GA4 property, using your events, funnels, and reports.
  • Separate tracks for marketers, product teams, and analytics/engineering — or a blended track if your team is smaller.
  • Optional follow-up office hours to keep momentum and answer new questions.

A typical 3–session GA4 training program

  • Session 1 · Fundamentals on your property
Events, conversions, key dimensions, and basic navigation.
  • Session 2 · Funnels, journeys & attribution
Explore drop-offs, cohorts, acquisition, and channel impact.
  • Session 3 · Dashboards & decision patterns
Build views your leadership team actually wants to see each week.

All sessions can be recorded. We'll also leave behind a short "how to read this" guide for your core reports.

What we cover

Practical GA4 skills, tuned to the roles on your team.

You won't see generic demo data here. Every example uses your own events, conversions, and reports so people can apply what they learn the next morning.

For marketing & growth

Tie GA4 reports to campaigns, channels, and budget decisions.

  • Understanding events, conversions, and UTMs in your current setup.
  • Reading acquisition and traffic reports without misreading attribution.
  • Building explorations for campaign performance and creative tests.
  • Spotting tracking issues before they wreck a monthly report.

For product & CX

Use GA4 to see where users succeed, stall, or churn.

  • Mapping events to activation, engagement, and retention milestones.
  • Using funnels and pathing to understand drop-offs in key flows.
  • Setting up segments and comparisons to isolate behavior by cohort.
  • Connecting GA4 to experimentation and release notes.

For analytics & engineering

Make GA4 play nicely with GTM, server-side, and BigQuery.

  • Aligning event naming and parameters with your broader data model.
  • Best practices for GTM, consent mode, and server-side tagging.
  • Using GA4 plus BigQuery for deeper analysis and QA.
  • Documenting changes so future devs don't have to reverse-engineer everything.

Logistics & delivery

Remote-first, recording-friendly, and easy to repeat for new hires.

Most clients run training fully remote via Zoom, Meet, or Teams. If you're local to one of our core cities, we can also discuss on-site sessions for a kick-off or intensive.

  • Sessions are usually 60–90 minutes each.
  • We recommend cohorts of 5–20 people per track.
  • All materials and recordings are yours to keep and reuse internally.
  • Optional add-on: follow-up office hours or ad-hoc Q&A for your analytics champion.

What we'll ask for before training

  • Read-only access to your GA4 property (and GTM if relevant).
  • A short list of top business questions you can't answer reliably today.
  • Any existing dashboards or reports your leadership sees regularly.
  • Names/roles of participants so we can tune examples and explanations.

That prep means the first session already feels like it's about your business, not a generic demo store.

Next step

Let’s talk about your measurement stack.

In 30–45 minutes, we’ll review your current setup and outline a practical roadmap to decision-ready data.

  • Senior-led analytics & implementation support.
  • Focused on decision-ready, trustworthy data.

e.g. GA4 + GTM + Shopify + Meta + HubSpot

e.g. broken conversion tracking, conflicting numbers, unclear attribution…
